Domestic Shipping (Within India)

1. Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹ 500.
For orders below ₹ 500, a standard shipping fee will apply (please specify the rate based on your logistics provider).

2. Order Processing

  • Orders received before 12:00 PM IST on a business day are usually processed the same day.

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery Time

Our domestic deliveries typically arrive within 2–3 business days for most major cities.
For remote or rural areas, please allow additional time for delivery.

4. Courier Partners

All orders are shipped through trusted courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS to monitor the shipment status.

6. Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate. Suntips Tea is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address details.

7. Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to deliver the package due to an incorrect address or unavailability, re-delivery charges may apply.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us for assistance.

  • Customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and local delivery charges applicable in their country.

3. Processing & Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery time: 7–21 business days, depending on destination, customs clearance, and local courier efficiency.

A tracking number will be shared once your order ships. Some destinations may offer limited tracking visibility depending on local carriers.

6. Returns & Exchanges

International returns or exchanges are subject to additional shipping and customs costs.
In some cases, returns may not be accepted due to local import laws.
