Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our policies are designed to ensure a fair, transparent, and hassle-free experience for our customers.


1. Return Policy

  • Due to the perishable nature of tea and food products, we generally do not accept returns once the package has been opened or used.

  • However, returns are accepted only in the following cases:

    • The product you received is damaged, expired, or incorrect.

    • You received incomplete or wrong quantities compared to your order.

To request a return, please contact us within 24–48 hours of receiving your order at 📧 [email protected] with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo or video showing the issue

Once verified, we’ll guide you through the replacement or refund process.


2. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued only for eligible cases such as damaged, defective, or wrong items.

  • After approval, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • If the payment was made through COD, we’ll process the refund via bank transfer or UPI, as per your preference.

  • In case of partial refunds (e.g., one item in a multi-item order), the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.


3. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them — provided they haven’t been processed or dispatched yet.

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

  • To cancel, please email us at [email protected] with your order details as soon as possible.

If payment has already been made, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after confirmation of cancellation.


4. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Opened or used tea packs

  • Gift boxes, sample packs, or promotional items

  • Customized or limited-edition products

  • Items purchased during sale or clearance campaigns


5. Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the stated time:

  1. Check your bank or payment app again.

  2. Contact your credit card company or payment gateway.
